The Avenue is a forever home — the kind of project you only get once. A grand family residence in the London Borough of Hillingdon, conceived for a client who knew exactly the life they wanted to live inside it. Our brief was clear: high glamour, but with soul. Luxury that breathes.
We found our answer in the tension between opposites. Taj Mahal stone and limewash walls — raw, imperfect, ancient in feeling — set against dark timber accents, sculptural lighting, and a grand staircase that announces itself the moment you step through the door. The result is a home that is simultaneously refined and deeply human. Wabi-sabi in philosophy, five-star in execution.

The Grand Staircase — A statement architectural moment at the heart of the home. Designed to be the first thing you see and the last thing you forget.
Sculptural Media Walls — Bespoke designed and built, blurring the line between furniture and architecture.
Smart Home Integration — Full automation woven invisibly into the fabric of the home — lighting, climate, security, and entertainment, all seamlessly controlled.
Bespoke Window Treatments — Custom designed to complement the material palette and maximise the quality of light throughout.
