Invisible House Reimagined
Warwick, United Kingdom

Project Duration :
6 Months
Area :
3,000 sqft
Type:
Private Residential Project
Concept:
The exterior was already famous. Our job was to make the interior unforgettable.
The Invisible House is one of the most celebrated pieces of contemporary architecture in the world — its mirrored facade dissolving into the landscape, its glass walkways floating above the earth. When our client came to us, he hadn't yet purchased it. He already knew what he wanted it to become.
A high-performance professional who understood the relationship between environment and mindset, he needed more than a beautiful home. He needed a sanctuary — a place where the intensity of his world could fall away the moment he stepped through the door. Spectacular, he said. Calming. Completely his own.
When we first walked through, the interior was stark. A white spaceship — architecturally extraordinary, humanly cold. Our task was clear: introduce warmth without disturbing the geometry. Softness without femininity. Soul without clutter.
We limewashed the walls. We micro-cemented the floors. We created a unified, breathing backdrop so that every sculptural element — every curated piece, every curve, every commission — could speak for itself. Where the exterior was sharp and mirrored and bold, the interior became an exhale. Soft linen. Taj Mahal Quartzite. Emperador. Limestone. Travertine. Stainless steel. Materials chosen not just for how they look, but for how they make you feel.
Every room was designed around curvature — a deliberate counterpoint to the rigid architecture outside. Curves to soften. Curves to calm. Curves that wrap around you like, as we came to say internally, a hug for the soul.
The foyer set the tone. Designed entirely by hand, each curve in the bespoke joinery is different — drawn to echo the ripples of the pond outside that reflect onto the ceiling above. It is the first thing you see. It tells you exactly what kind of home this is.
Six months. Every detail resolved. Nothing left off the table.

Key Features:
The Foyer — Entirely hand-designed bespoke joinery, each curve individually drawn to mirror the ripple of the pond reflected on the ceiling above. A moment of wonder before you've taken your coat off.
Material Palette — Limewash walls, micro-cement flooring, Emperador, Limestone, Taj Mahal, travertine, stainless steel, and beautiful linens. A unified backdrop designed to let the sculptural elements breathe.
The Dressing Room — A bedroom transformed into a fully bespoke space that rivals the finest Italian boutiques. Considered timber, sculptural shelving, statement lighting, and mirror — a room that makes getting dressed feel like an occasion.
The Games Room — A room of colour and vibrancy in an otherwise serene home. Retro gaming, bespoke curved media wall, curated artwork, and a sculpted powder room tucked within — where the client comes to truly unwind.
The Master Bedroom — A floating bespoke bed in burl wood with stainless steel ball legs and stainless steel shelving. A sculptural fireplace. A room designed for deep, restorative rest.
The Master En Suite — Fully replumbed and redesigned. Emperador porcelain throughout, bespoke double pedestal basins, spa-grade shower jets, Jacuzzi bath, and Japanese toilet. A private spa that happens to be in your home.
The Great Room — Kitchen, dining, and living unified as one. Original cabinetry clad in stainless steel, paired with Taj Mahal Quartzite and dramatic pendant lighting above the island. Sculptural wine racks on the flanking units. A TV suspended from chains — a deliberate echo of the pendants above. A dining zone anchored by a travertine table and white oak rattan chairs.
The Media Room — A curved media wall that unfolds like wings, housing a sculptural fireplace and plinth beneath. Custom sound system. A room designed as much for feeling as for watching.
The Guest Bedroom — Minimal, serene, and executed with quiet precision. Calm enough to feel like an escape. Proof that restraint, done well, is its own form of luxury.
Smart Home Integration — Fully integrated Sonos sound system and Rako lighting controls throughout. Every room responsive. Every system invisible.
Bespoke Artwork — Commissioned throughout, each piece chosen to reflect the owner's personality, taste, and the emotional tone of its room.
